Yeah there is a "File Complaint" procedure you can go through, but I don't know how effective it is or even if anything gets done! Some of the stuff you hear on xbox can be just regarded as playful banter, but this is out of order and really disturbing!

That could have been marked down as a moron with a headset, the rest of it just takes the whole thing into “This person should not be allowed out in society, online or offline.”
I want to apologise for the male gender here, but I think this thing is actually a sentient ooze that found its way out from under a century old rock.

You know, actually, we were winning but I was playing really poorly (just barely breaking even)! Not sure why he chose me over any of my other teammates, who were doing well.

I honestly don’t see any reason you should have to give any of these people anonymity, private message or in game.
Though with the way some gamer tags are, it’s almost certainly easier to read and keep track of “RMP1″ and “RMP2″ in your transcripts.

Truthfully, there would be no way for me to document/verify the gamertags of people in lobbies short of setting up a video recording system, which seems like a very big hassle!
